Everything you need to sell quickly and get paid fast

1. What You Can Sell

Single left or right earbuds (any brand)
Charging cases (with or without charging capability)
Ear tips, batteries, cables and accessories
Items graded "For Parts" are allowed — be honest about what doesn't work

2. Condition Grading Guide

Like New (9/10) — No visible scratches. Battery holds full charge. Original audio quality. Ideally still has original packaging.

Good (7/10) — Minor cosmetic marks from normal use. Fully functional. Battery at 80%+.

Fair (5/10) — Visible scratches or fading. Audio works fine. Battery may be at 60–80%.

For Parts (3/10) — Audio does not work, or battery lasts under 5 minutes. Good for repair/parts only. Must be disclosed clearly.

3. Photo Requirements

Good photos = faster sales. Listings with clear photos sell 3x faster.

Use natural daylight or a well-lit room. Avoid dark or blurry shots.
Show all visible scratches or defects honestly.
For earbuds: photograph the stem, speaker mesh, and connector.
For cases: show the hinge, lid interior, and charging port.

Tip: Place the item on a white sheet of paper for a clean background. One photo is enough — clarity matters more than quantity.

4. Pricing Tips

Like New Apple AirPods typically sell for ₹1,200–₹2,000. boAt/Noise buds for ₹300–₹600.
Listings priced 15–20% below market value sell within 48 hours on average.

5. After an Item Sells

Confirm Your Order Within 12 Hours: You will receive an instant SMS, WhatsApp, and Email with a 1-click confirmation button. Confirm within 12 hours that the item is tested and ready to dispatch so our system can book the courier. (Orders unconfirmed after 18 hours are auto-cancelled to protect the buyer).
Print & Attach Shipping Label: Once confirmed, your 1-page pre-paid Shipping Label (PDF) is generated instantly. All courier partners require a scannable barcode label on the box. Print the PDF label and tape it securely to the package. (No home printer? Simply forward the PDF via WhatsApp to any nearby print/photocopy shop).
Our courier partner (Delhivery / Shadowfax / Xpressbees) will automatically schedule a doorstep pickup. The courier agent will call your mobile before arriving.
Hand the parcel to the courier agent. Once the buyer tests and confirms delivery, your payout is automatically released to your bank account or UPI ID.

6. Easy Packaging & Label Guide

Single earbuds are small and lightweight. Follow these 3 quick steps to pack in under 2 minutes:

Step 1: Clean & Wrap — Wipe the earbud clean and wrap it in a layer of paper, tissue, or bubble wrap so it doesn't get scratched.
Step 2: Place in Any Small Box — Put the wrapped earbud inside a small rigid box (a matchbox, small jewelry box, or small carton works perfectly). Seal with tape. Do not use an ordinary thin paper envelope.
Step 3: Tape the Shipping Label on the Box — Tape the printed shipping label (with barcode clearly visible) onto the top of the box. The courier agent will scan this barcode at pickup.

7. Payout & Fees

Listing on BrokenGadgets.in is 100% free with zero upfront charges. We charge a modest 10% platform success fee only after the buyer safely receives and verifies the item (net payout is 90% of your listing price, less statutory TDS/TCS as applicable). Payouts go directly to your registered bank account or UPI ID once delivery is confirmed.
