Seller Guidelines
Everything you need to sell quickly and get paid fast
1. What You Can Sell
- Single left or right earbuds (any brand)
- Charging cases (with or without charging capability)
- Ear tips, batteries, cables and accessories
- Items graded "For Parts" are allowed — be honest about what doesn't work
2. Condition Grading Guide
Like New (9/10) — No visible scratches. Battery holds full charge. Original audio quality. Ideally still has original packaging.
Good (7/10) — Minor cosmetic marks from normal use. Fully functional. Battery at 80%+.
Fair (5/10) — Visible scratches or fading. Audio works fine. Battery may be at 60–80%.
For Parts (3/10) — Audio does not work, or battery lasts under 5 minutes. Good for repair/parts only. Must be disclosed clearly.
3. Photo Requirements
Good photos = faster sales. Listings with clear photos sell 3x faster.
- Use natural daylight or a well-lit room. Avoid dark or blurry shots.
- Show all visible scratches or defects honestly.
- For earbuds: photograph the stem, speaker mesh, and connector.
- For cases: show the hinge, lid interior, and charging port.
Tip: Place the item on a white sheet of paper for a clean background. One photo is enough — clarity matters more than quantity.
4. Pricing Tips
- Check what similar items sold for using the Price Calculator.
- Like New Apple AirPods typically sell for ₹1,200–₹2,000. boAt/Noise buds for ₹300–₹600.
- Listings priced 15–20% below market value sell within 48 hours on average.
5. After a Buyer is Matched
- You'll receive an email notification with buyer details.
- A prepaid shipping label (Delhivery or Shiprocket) is sent to your email at no cost.
- Pack the item securely and drop it at the nearest courier pickup point within 48 hours.
- Once the buyer confirms delivery and successful pairing, payment is released to your bank account within 24 hours.
6. Payout
You receive your asking price minus the 5% platform fee. For example, a ₹1,000 listing pays out ₹950. Payouts go directly to your registered bank account or UPI ID.
